1. Use of our Apps

• You may use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or reproduce our Apps or any part of it without permission.

• You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are compatible with our Apps.

2. User Data and Gameplay Information

Our Apps store certain usage-related data in Firebase Firestore for the purpose of saving and syncing progress across devices.

• We do not claim ownership of your gameplay data.

• We may process this data only as necessary to provide App functionality.

• Examples of stored data may include: progress, scores, settings, and in-app preferences.

• Subscription status and entitlement information may be stored to enable access to premium features.

We do not store or collect personally identifiable information (PII) within our Apps.

3. Third-Party Services

Our Apps integrate with third-party services. By using our Apps, you also agree to their respective terms and policies:

• Google AdMob (advertising services)

• Firebase (Analytics, Firestore)

• RevenueCat (Subscription Management)

  • Used to manage in-app subscriptions and purchase entitlements across Apple App Store and Google Play.

  • Payments are processed by Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not directly handle or store payment card information.

These providers may collect device identifiers, usage data, or other non-personal information as described in their policies.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our Apps are provided “as are” without warranties of any kind.
Dollfins Studio is not liable for any losses or damages arising from:

• use of our Apps

• inability to use our Apps

• errors, interruptions, or data loss

Your use of our Apps is at your own risk.

We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party payment providers such as Apple or Google.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features of the Apps are offered through auto-renewable subscriptions.

Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store and Google Play and are subject to their respective terms.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings

• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies

• We do not process or store payment information directly

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our Apps at any time, without prior notice, if:

• you violate these Terms

• we discontinue our Apps or certain features

You may stop using our Apps at any time.

Subscription access may be revoked if payment is not successfully processed or if subscription is cancelled.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of our Apps after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
